Ingredients

- 2 chayote squash
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and slice chayote squash into wedges.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chayote wedges to the bowl and toss until coated.
- Place chayote wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Check for tenderness and adjust cooking time if needed.
- Serve warm as a side dish.

- Chayote can be substituted with zucchini.
- Adjust spices according to your taste.
