Description

Air Fryer Cheese-Stuffed Jalapeño Poppers are a spicy and cheesy appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 12 fresh jalapeño peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut jalapeños in half and remove seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of each filled jalapeño.
  6. Place jalapeños in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the jalapeños are tender and the tops are golden brown.
