Air Fryer Cheese-Stuffed Jalapeño Poppers are a spicy and cheesy appetizer.

- 12 fresh jalapeño peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut jalapeños in half and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of each filled jalapeño.
- Place jalapeños in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the jalapeños are tender and the tops are golden brown.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by leaving some seeds in the jalapeños.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
