Description

Delicious meatballs stuffed with cheese, cooked in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Take a small amount of the mixture and flatten it in your hand.
  4. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and wrap the meat around it.
  5. Repeat until all mixture is used.
  6. Arrange meatballs in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
