- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add shredded cheese and sour cream, mixing well.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Top with green onions before serving.
