- 2 chicken fillets
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken fillets and veggies to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Place the chicken and veggies in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check chicken for doneness; it should reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of chicken fillets.
- Feel free to use any vegetables you prefer.
- Marinate chicken for 30 minutes for more flavor.
