Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken Breasts: 2 large (about 500-600 grams)
- 🛢️ Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons
- 🧄 Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
- 🌶️ Paprika: 1 teaspoon
- 🧂 Salt: 1 teaspoon (or to taste)
- 🧂 Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the chicken breasts.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check the internal temperature of the chicken with a meat thermometer; it should reach 75°C (165°F). Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
