Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Buns for serving
  • Lettuce, tomato, and condiments for toppings

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Lightly brush the patties with olive oil.
  6. Place the patties in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  9. Serve on buns with your choice of toppings.
