Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Buns for serving
- Lettuce, tomato, and condiments for toppings
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly brush the patties with olive oil.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve on buns with your choice of toppings.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Try adding herbs for extra flavor.
- Leftover patties can be stored in the fridge.
