Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Butterfly the chicken fillets and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese inside each chicken fillet.
  4. Fold the chicken over to enclose the filling.
  5. Dredge each chicken piece in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Spray the breaded chicken with olive oil spray.
  7. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  9. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
