A simple recipe for making Air Fryer Chicken Cordon Bleu.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Butterfly the chicken fillets and season with salt and pepper.
- Place 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese inside each chicken fillet.
- Fold the chicken over to enclose the filling.
- Dredge each chicken piece in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Spray the breaded chicken with olive oil spray.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken.
- You can use different types of cheese or ham as desired.
- Serve with a side salad or vegetables.
