Description
A simple and delicious air fryer version of chicken cordon bleu.
Ingredients

- 2 chicken fillets
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1 egg
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Flatten the chicken fillets with a meat mallet.
- Layer ham and cheese on each chicken breast.
- Fold the chicken over to seal the filling.
- Dredge each piece in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the chicken in the basket and spray the tops with cooking spray.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Ensure the chicken is cooked through before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
