Ingredients

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 1 egg
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flatten the chicken fillets with a meat mallet.
  3. Layer ham and cheese on each chicken breast.
  4. Fold the chicken over to seal the filling.
  5. Dredge each piece in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  7. Place the chicken in the basket and spray the tops with cooking spray.
  8. Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  9. Ensure the chicken is cooked through before serving.
