Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- In one bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a second bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dip each chicken strip in flour, then eggs, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Place the chicken fingers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Ensure they are cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken strips.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- You can season the breadcrumbs for extra flavor.
