Delicious and juicy chicken meatballs made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Ensure meatballs are cooked through before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with marinara sauce or your choice of dip.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
