  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat each chicken tender in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place coated tenders in the basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
  8. Check internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
