- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Marinate chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken tender in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place coated tenders in the basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Check internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crunch, double coat the chicken tenders.
- You can use any seasonings you prefer.
