- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss to coat the chickpeas evenly.
- Place the chickpeas in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove when crispy and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- For extra crunch, air fry a few minutes longer.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
