- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix parsley, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to create the chimichurri sauce.
- Toss the chicken wings in half of the chimichurri sauce until well coated.
- Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are crispy and cooked through.
- Remove wings and toss with the remaining chimichurri sauce before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or fewer red pepper flakes.
- For extra crispiness, pat the wings dry before seasoning.
- Let the wings rest for a few minutes after cooking for better texture.
