Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix parsley, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to create the chimichurri sauce.
  3. Toss the chicken wings in half of the chimichurri sauce until well coated.
