A delicious and moist chocolate banana bread made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt to the mixture. Stir until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan that fits in your air fryer.
- Air fry for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can add nuts or dried fruit for extra texture.
