Ingredients

- 🍬 Brown sugar – 3/4 cup (150g), packed
- 🍚 Granulated sugar – 1/4 cup (50g)
- 🍦 Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
- 🥚 Egg – 1 large
- 🍫 Chocolate chips – 1 cup (170g)
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by measuring out the flour, baking soda, and salt into a medium bowl and whisking them together.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mixing on low speed until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Shape the cookie dough into rounded balls and place them on parchment paper, leaving space for spreading.
- Place the cookie dough balls in the air fryer basket and bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the centers are soft.
- Remove the cookies from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack.
