A rich and gooey chocolate lava cake made effortlessly in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a bowl.
- Stir in the powdered sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the flour and salt until just combined.
- Grease ramekins and pour the batter in, filling halfway.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the cakes in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto plates.
- Serve warm, optionally with ice cream.
