Description
Delicious homemade chocolate peanut butter cups made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Pour a layer of melted chocolate into silicone molds.
- Add a layer of the peanut butter mixture on top.
- Cover with more melted chocolate.
- Place the molds in the air fryer and cook at 300°F for 5 minutes.
- Let them cool and set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Notes
- Use silicone molds for easy removal.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
