Description
Delicious air fryer cinnamon sugar pretzels that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Ingredients

- 1 cup warm water
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let it rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Divide dough into small pieces and shape into pretzels.
- Boil water and baking soda in a pot. Dip pretzels for 30 seconds.
- Brush pretzels with melted butter.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over pretzels.
- Air fry pretzels for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Make sure the water is not too hot to avoid killing the yeast.
- You can adjust the cinnamon sugar mixture to your taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
