Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In one bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a second bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, combine shredded coconut and breadcrumbs.
- Coat each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with the coconut mixture.
- Place the coated chicken fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Ensure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
