  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In one bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. In a second bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, combine shredded coconut and breadcrumbs.
  5. Coat each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with the coconut mixture.
