- 1 chicken fillet, 6 oz
- 1 potato, medium
- 1 cup broccoli
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Coat chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Cut potato into wedges and season.
- Add potato wedges to the air fryer.
- Cook for an additional 15 minutes.
- Add broccoli in the last 5 minutes of cooking.
Notes
- Adjust cooking times for larger or smaller pieces.
- Check doneness with a meat thermometer.
