Crispy and flavorful air fryer crab cakes made with lump crab meat.
Ingredients

- 1 pound lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, egg, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into patties.
- Lightly spray each patty with cooking spray.
- Place crab cakes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Carefully remove from the air fryer and serve warm.
Notes
- Serve with tartar sauce or lemon wedges.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes for easier handling.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
