Description

Crispy and flavorful air fryer crab cakes made with lump crab meat.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, egg, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form mixture into patties.
  5. Lightly spray each patty with cooking spray.
  6. Place crab cakes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Carefully remove from the air fryer and serve warm.
