Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the eggplant into 1/2 inch rounds.

  9. Cook for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
