- 1 cup cooked meat (chicken, beef, or pork)
- 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup onions, diced
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked meat, cheese, and onions.
- Take a piece of empanada dough and fill it with the mixture.
- Fold the dough over and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the top with beaten egg.
- Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
