Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine sliced vegetables.
  3. Add olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss to coat the vegetables evenly.
  5. Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Remove and serve immediately.
