A simple and tasty air fryer falafel recipe that is easy to make at home.
Ingredients

- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, cilantro, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Add flour and mix well.
- Form the mixture into small balls or patties.
- Brush each falafel with olive oil.
- Place falafel in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with tahini sauce or yogurt.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For a spicier version, add cayenne pepper to the mixture.
