Description
Delicious and crispy fish cakes made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 400g white fish fillets
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Cook the fish fillets until flaky.
- In a bowl, mix fish, mashed potatoes, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot with your choice of sauce.
Notes
- Use any firm white fish.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with tartar sauce or salad.
