Description

Delicious and crispy fish cakes made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 400g white fish fillets
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cook the fish fillets until flaky.
  3. In a bowl, mix fish, mashed potatoes, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Form the mixture into patties.
  5. Place the patties in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Serve hot with your choice of sauce.
