Instructions

  2. Wash and peel the potatoes.

  6. In a bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, and paprika.

  8. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  9. Check for desired crispiness and cook longer if needed.
