Description
Crispy and delicious air fryer French fries made from fresh potatoes.
Ingredients

- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Optional: garlic powder or paprika for flavor
Instructions
- Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips.
- Soak the potato strips in water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Drain and pat the potatoes dry.
- In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Place the potato strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired crispiness and cook longer if needed.
- Remove and serve hot.
Notes
- Use Russet potatoes for the best texture.
- Adjust cooking time for thicker or thinner fries.
- Experiment with different seasonings for added flavor.
