Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips.
  2. Soak the potato strips in water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
  3. Drain and pat the potatoes dry.
  4. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  6. Place the potato strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  8. Check for desired crispiness and cook longer if needed.
  9. Remove and serve hot.
