- 4 chicken legs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Soak chicken legs in buttermilk for at least 2 hours.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat in the flour mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spray chicken legs with cooking spray.
- Place chicken legs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
