Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up a breading station: place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a third bowl.
  4. Dredge each pork chop in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Check the internal temperature; it should reach 145°F (63°C).
