Description

Delicious air fryer fruit tartlets made with fresh fruits.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add softened butter, egg yolk, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
  4. Form dough into small tartlet shapes.
  5. Place tartlet shells in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  7. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  8. Fill each tartlet shell with cream cheese mixture.
  9. Top with fresh fruits.
  10. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
