Description
Delicious garlic mushrooms cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 500g mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms and pat them dry.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add the mushrooms to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook at 200°C (390°F) for 10-12 minutes.
- Shake the basket halfway through cooking.
- Once cooked, remove and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Adjust garlic quantity to taste.
- Try using different herbs for variation.
