Description

Delicious garlic mushrooms cooked in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 500g mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms and pat them dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the mushrooms to the bowl and toss to coat.
  4. Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook at 200°C (390°F) for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Shake the basket halfway through cooking.
  7. Once cooked, remove and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
