- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in the beaten egg.
- Coat the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the chicken in the basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

- Adjust cooking time based on chicken thickness.
- For extra crispiness, spray more cooking spray on top of the chicken.
