Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken fillet in the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Spray the fillets lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
