Instructions
- Rinse the fresh green beans under cold water and trim the ends.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the trimmed green beans with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned green beans in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness and add an extra 1-2 minutes if you prefer them crispier. Finish with lemon zest before serving.
