Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Optional: onion powder, garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- If desired, add onion powder and garlic powder.
- Spread the potato mixture in the air fryer basket in an even layer.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired crispiness and cook longer if needed.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- Rinse potatoes to remove excess starch for extra crispiness.
