Air Fryer Indian Masala Wings are crispy and flavorful chicken wings coated with a blend of Indian spices.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, salt, lemon juice, and oil.
- Add chicken wings to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the marinated wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can spray wings with cooking oil before air frying.
