Description

Air Fryer Jalapeño Poppers are a delicious and spicy appetizer that you can easily make at home. They are stuffed with cream cheese and spices, then air-fried to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 10 fresh jalapeño peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
  2. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the stuffed jalapeños.
  6. Place the jalapeños in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove and let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by leaving some seeds in the jalapeños.
