Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bunch of kale
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash and dry the kale thoroughly.
- Remove the stems and tear the kale into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, toss the kale with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place the kale in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness. If needed, cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
