Description

Crispy and spicy air fryer wings coated in Korean gochujang sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix gochujang, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and coat them evenly with the sauce.
  4. Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Check for crispiness and cook longer if desired.
  7. Remove from air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
  • Serve with sesame seeds and green onions as garnish.
  • Marinate wings for a few hours for better flavor.
