Description
Crispy and spicy air fryer wings coated in Korean gochujang sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and coat them evenly with the sauce.
- Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for crispiness and cook longer if desired.
- Remove from air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
- Serve with sesame seeds and green onions as garnish.
- Marinate wings for a few hours for better flavor.
