Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, and sugar until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into a greased baking pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and baking powder.
- Pour the lemon mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 15-18 minutes.
- Let it cool completely before slicing.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
