Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup mango puree
- 2–3 habanero peppers, minced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix mango puree, minced habanero peppers, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken wings to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade.
- Let wings marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Adjust the number of habanero peppers based on your spice preference.
- Marinate longer for more flavor.
- Check for doneness; wings should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
