Ingredients

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slider buns
- Marinara sauce
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into small meatballs.
- Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
- Toast slider buns in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes.
- Assemble sliders by placing meatballs on buns, topping with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Serve warm.
