Easy and delicious air fryer meatballs.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until combined.
  3. Form mixture into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
  6. Check for doneness and adjust cooking time if necessary.
