- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all the vegetables.
- Add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness; cook longer if needed.
- Serve hot.
