Description

Crispy air fryer mozzarella sticks with an almond flour crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Cut mozzarella cheese into sticks.
  3. Dip each stick in egg, then coat with almond flour.
  4. Roll the sticks in breadcrumbs mixed with Italian seasoning and salt.
  5. Spray the sticks with cooking spray.
  6. Place the sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve with marinara sauce.
