Description
Crispy air fryer mozzarella sticks with an almond flour crust.
Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- Cut mozzarella cheese into sticks.
- Dip each stick in egg, then coat with almond flour.
- Roll the sticks in breadcrumbs mixed with Italian seasoning and salt.
- Spray the sticks with cooking spray.
- Place the sticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve with marinara sauce.
