Ingredients

- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cut into sticks
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each mozzarella stick first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Place the breaded mozzarella sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
- You can freeze the breaded sticks before cooking for later use.
