Ingredients
- 🍄 Fresh mushrooms – 500 grams (about 1 pound, preferably button or cremini)
- 🛢️ Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
- 🧄 Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon
- 🧂 Salt – 1/2 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
- 🧂 Black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
- 🌿 Fresh parsley – 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth and trimming the stems if necessary.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the cleaned mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness; they should be golden brown and crispy. If desired, add an extra 2-3 minutes of cooking time for more char.
