Ingredients

  • 2 large onions, sliced into rings
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip onion rings in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the onion rings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Spray the onion rings lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Remove and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, double coat the onion rings.
  • Try using panko breadcrumbs for a different texture.
