Ingredients

- 2 large onions, sliced into rings
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip onion rings in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the onion rings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray the onion rings lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Remove and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crunch, double coat the onion rings.
- Try using panko breadcrumbs for a different texture.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
